Cancellation Policy: There will be a $25 processing fee for cancellations prior to June 2, 2000; after June 2, 2000, there will be no refunds except those granted by the Executive Committee in cases of extreme hardship.

Hotel Credit: Please note that registrants staying at the conference hotel are paying a sleeping room rate designed, in part, to cover the cost of the meeting rooms. The additional $50 fee for registrants not staying at the hotel is to offset a portion of the meeting room charges not paid through room rentals.

Waiver - must be signed by all registrants

The undersigned hereby agrees that the Lincoln Highway Association and/or its officers and directors shall not have any responsibility or liability, in whole or in part, for any loss, damage, injury to person or property, or any negligent act or omission resulting from, arising out of, or occurring at or during any activities, programs, tours, meetings, transportation, meals or other services and facilities furnished or supplied in conjunction with the Annual LHA Conference.
