Program Summary

We begin with a meeting of the board of directors at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, June 14. Regular check-in and conference registration begin at 3:00 P.M. Visit the hospitality suite and bookroom, enjoy a drink with your friends at our cash bar, and have dinner on your own in one of the hotel's excellent restaurants--or an authentic nearby diner. Then, at 8:00 P.M., be there for the welcoming ceremony and the first two speakers.

On Thursday, June 15, have a complimentary home-cooked breakfast in Victoria's Restaurant, and then at 8:30 A.M. board the plush buses for the Southern Tour into Pennsylvania. Returning to the hotel by 3:00 P.M., you can again visit the hospitality suite, bookroom and cash bar before feasting on our fabulous dinner buffet at 6:30 P.M. And be sure to stay awake after dinner for the next two speakers, starting at 8:00 P.M.

Next, on Friday, June 16, after another complimentary made-to-order breakfast at Victoria's, we enjoy presentations by experts in the morning, after lunch, and in the evening. At noon, we have a delightful buffet luncheon for the state chapters, and the hospitality suite, bookroom and cash bar will be open starting at 4:30 P.M. After dinner on your own, we return at 8:00 P.M. for the last two speakers.

Then, on Saturday, June 17, fortify yourself with the complimentary deluxe continental breakfast at Victoria's before heading out on the Northern Tour. On this tour, we will cross the Hudson River on the Weehawken Ferry, just like our grandparents in the early days of the Lincoln Highway. We'll then explore glittering Times Square, and return to the hotel by 3:00 P.M. on the old Lincoln Highway. At that time we will have informal workshops and discussion groups, and the hospitality suite, bookroom and cash bar will be open at 4:30 P.M. At 6:30 P.M. we will hold the annual business meeting, followed by our gala Awards Banquet at 8:00 P.M.

Finally, on Sunday, June 18, have a great farewell complimentary continental breakfast at Victoria's before heading home. If necessary, there will be a continuation of the board of directors meeting and/or a meeting of the executive committee.
