Hotels

1. We have made discount room rate arrangements with Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express, which will be our official host hotels at every overnight stop along the way (except the historic Hotel Nevada in Ely, Nevada, which does not have a Holiday Inn.)
2. Once you have sent in your tour reservation, we will send you a Tour Information Package which will include a hotel form on which you will check off which nights you would like to stay at the host hotels. (Some people may choose not to stay at every, or any, host hotel and make other arrangements at campgrounds or with friends or family.) We encourage you to stay with the group whenever possible.
3. The hotel form will ask for a credit card number to hold the room. If you are a Holiday Inn Priority Club member, the hotel form will also ask for your Priority Club Number so that you can collect Priority Club points.
4. You will then return the hotel form to us, and we will compile an overall rooming list which we turn in to the hotels.
5. When you arrive at each hotel, you will give them your name and show your driver’s license and tour badge to obtain your room discount.
6. Each participant will cover the price of his or her own room.
7. In some towns, where the Holiday Inns are smaller and space is limited, Holiday Inn has arranged through their InterContinental Hotel chain for additional rooms at adjacent hotel facilities. Therefore it is important to return your hotel form back to us as soon as possible.
8. The hotel form will be sent to you early 2013.
